5. Delivery of Goods - All prices exclude delivery charge within Mainland UK. All items will be delivered by Royal Mail recorded delivery therefore a signature will be required on delivery. When delivery cannot be made within the usual specified time, an estimated additional time for delivery will be given with acknowledgement of order. If this is not satisfactory a refund will be given.
PLEASE NOTE: The address details you enter when you check out will be used to create the delivery label for your package. Therefore it is important that the details are accurate and entered in a format that is acceptable to the Royal Mail. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are not delivered because of incorrect information being supplied.
6. Returns Policy: If for any reason you not entirely happy with your purchase. We will give a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in original condition by mail within 14 days of you having received them.
